To promote education accessibility and equity, Boise State University offers 4 zero-cost textbook certificates. These certificates cover areas like social media creation, #UX design, and more. Many #BoiseState instructors also use #OER to keep their courses current and relevant for students. "I chose to use no-cost materials over a traditional #textbook because I didn’t want cost to be a barrier to learning. It gives me the freedom to offer materials that are current and relevant to the industry trends, to the students currently taking the course, and to the broader, current social conversations," explained assistant professor Dr. Sherena Huntsman. https://ow.ly/hIZS50S8JO8
