After facing tough losses in the Conference Finals to the Miami Heat in 2023 and the Warriors in the 2022 NBA Finals, Jayson Tatum has finally achieved his dream of becoming an NBA Champion! 🏆 Tatum joins elite company as only the 6th player since 1954 to lead a championship winning team in total points, rebounds and assists. Other players include: Nikola Jokic, LeBron James, Tim Duncan, Hakeem Olajuwon and Larry Bird.

  • After the Boston Celtics won the 2024 NBA Finals, Jaylen Brown was named the 2024 NBA Finals MVP, receiving the Bill Russell Trophy. Brown averaged 20.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5 assists per game in the NBA Finals. This capped off a memorable season for Brown, after earning his 3rd NBA All-Star selection and winning Eastern Conference Finals MVP. "I share this with my brothers and my partner in crime, Jayson Tatum. He was with me the whole way." Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown become just the second pair of teammates in NBA history to each score 450+ points in three consecutive Playoffs, joining Shaquille O’Neal & Kobe Bryant.

  • Jerry West, a defining figure of the NBA for over 60 years, passed at the age of 86 this week. West was a basketball genius. He distinguished himself not only as an NBA champion and an All-Star in all 14 of his playing seasons, but also as a consummate competitor who embraced the biggest moments. He was the league’s first NBA Finals MVP and made rising to the occasion his signature quality, earning him the nickname ‘Mr. Clutch’. He will be enshrined this October into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as a contributor, becoming the first person ever inducted as both a player and a contributor.

  • The National Basketball Association and Zignia Live today announced that The NBA Mexico City Game 2024 will feature the Miami Heat and the Washington Wizards playing a regular-season game in Mexico City on Saturday, November 2nd. The matchup will mark the league’s 33rd game in Mexico since 1992 – more than any country outside of the U.S. and Canada – and coincide with traditional “Día de los Muertos” (Day of the Dead) celebrations locally.
