This week Kara Freeman, CAE and the NACUBO staff gathered for our June homecoming and our first "Homecoming on the Hill." Our visit to the Capitol included a discussion of the importance of advocacy, the value of higher education, and the challenges facing students and institutions today with Maryland Congressman Glenn Ivey and AASCU's John Patrick Walsh. We greatly enjoyed being together, and we look forward to seeing our members at our upcoming annual meeting in Chicago, July 20-23.
