I got q’d! Katie Zurick and I recently completed a six-week workshop series that covered topics such as gender, language, trans-inclusion, and allyship. This series was hosted by Dorothy, an org focused on developing cultural awareness through a Queer lens. q’d is a way of showing to others that I’m developing more inclusionary practices for myself and how I show up at work.
