We are currently seeking a seasoned DevOps Mentor to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, a track record of international work, and a genuine passion for guiding and nurturing aspiring DevOps professionals.
Requirements:
✴ 10+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the field of DevOps, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.
✴ International Working Experience: The candidate should possess international work experience, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in diverse cultural and professional environments.
✴ Passion for Transforming Lives Through Mentorship: We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also genuinely invested in the growth and development of others. The candidate should have a proven ability to inspire and guide mentees towards achieving their career goals.
Responsibilities:
☢ Provide mentorship and guidance to students enrolled in our DevOps programs, helping them acquire relevant skills and knowledge.
☢Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, incorporating real-world scenarios and hands-on projects.
☢Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continually enhancing the curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
☢Collaborate with other mentors and faculty members to foster a supportive learning environment conducive to growth and success.
👩🎓 Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure, GCP, Docker Certified Associate, AI or similar are highly desirable.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
