Do you have experience designing and delivering Trauma-Informed Interview techniques training?
McColm & Company is preparing a bid to deliver Trauma-Informed Interview Training to the Peace Corp and we're looking for trainers/subject matter experts with the following qualifications and the ability to design and deliver training this summer virtually. If you or a colleague offer the credentials below, please reach out! 1. Masters Degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field. (Degrees may be substituted for at least 15 years of experience in this specialized field). 2. Ten (10) years in a Sex Crimes Unit (or equivalent) of federal, state or local government where best practices for trauma-informed sexual assault investigation techniques were instituted and adhered to. 3. Five (5) years of successfully training individuals in positions where trauma-informed comprehensive interviewing techniques are taught, e.g., law enforcement professionals, prosecutors, military personnel, civilian government personnel in roles of investigation for such crimes, sexual assault nurse examiners, advocates, etc.
