Just Closed! Our Fort Worth office completed the successful sale and financing of Fielder’s Glen, a 220-unit multifamily property in Arlington, Texas. Al Silva and Ford Braly represented the seller and procured the buyer. Brandon Brown with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) arranged acquisition financing.
