The Search team at Loyal just released a complex ranking & promoting feature for our customers 🚀 #2024 Ranking & promoting search results in other industries drive users to paid search or paid promotions - think Amazon and Google. With healthcare search I think of it as a consumer-friendly way to qualify a patient to the right 👩⚕️ or 🏥. Instead of creating complex trees with multiple questions to the end user, we alleviate that by letting health systems configure the appropriate specialists/providers on the backend. There's a right place to ask clinical questions to the patient but not when they are trying to find care! Balancing ease with information gathering is something our teams continue to think about and we'll continue to ship more features with this theme in mind. ✨✨
