🚀 Loop Gives Back 🚀 This month, Loop Neighborhood is proud to partner with Special Olympics Northern California to Do Something Special! Special Olympics Northern California provides free year-round programs for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. They offer training and competitions in 11 sports, inclusive schools programs, health & wellness activities, leadership training and more! Those activities give athletes continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship. Special Olympics NorCal serves more than 31,000 participants and impacts hundreds of thousands of students. Through the power of play, Special Olympics NorCal unites people with and without intellectual disabilities to create a more connected community.    For the month of June, Loop will support the annual Summer Games. This is Special Olympics NorCal’s largest local competition and features thousands of athletes and coaches coming together in the spirit of inclusion. Summer Games is a high-visibility, multi-day event which showcases the talent, determination and joy of our Special Olympics community. Along with intense competition, athletes have the opportunity to meet new friends, receive free health screenings and experience independence – often for the first time. Supported by family, friends and Special Olympics NorCal’s outstanding partners, these athletes deserve our loudest cheers because Special Isn’t What We Are, It’s What We Do! Join us in celebrating this incredible partnership and the amazing athletes who inspire us every day. We had two incredible athletes from Special Olympics Northern California to one of our Loop Neighborhood stores! 🌟 These amazing individuals brought so much joy and energy to our store as we spent time taking photos and helping them pick out their favorite snacks. Their visit reminded us of the importance of inclusion and the positive impact we can all make by supporting each other. We are so proud to partner with Special Olympics NorCal and be a part of such an uplifting community. 🌟Celebrating a Day in the Life! 🌟 Our executive team immersed themselves in the day in the life of our team members. It was heartening to witness our CEO Varish Goyal personally engaging with our customers, from filling the air in their tires to preparing food for our hot case. This hands-on approach exemplifies our commitment to understanding every aspect of our operations and ensuring the best experience for our patrons. But it didn't stop there! Our Director of IT, Sanjit Bajimaya, rolled up his sleeves and got involved in the nitty-gritty, cleaning the car washes and pitching in with the dishes. Patsy Alejado, our VP of HR, led by example, stepping into various roles including taking out the trash and lending a helping hand to our customers. And Beth Reina, our Director of Marketing, brought her energy to the store, setting up our POP displays and encouraging customers to download our Loop App! Pervez Pir you are up next so get ready! The dedication of our executive team to walk in the shoes of our team members underscores our unity and empathy.
