Hello, I’m Daniel Bergamini, Manager of Learning and Development at Later! 👋 My day-to-day work includes managing our company onboarding, working on one of our learning programs, and assisting with internal documentation and communication. 💻 I’m lucky to be able to collaborate with talented team members across the company to improve processes and identify learning opportunities. What I enjoy the most about my role is being able to introduce new team members to our culture, our processes and our products. I’m super proud to represent Later and I do my best to set a great first impression. ✨ Outside of work, I spend most of my time on music and writing. On weekends, I like to bike and swim, and my personal favorite - enjoy a nice dry cider by the Ottawa River. 🌳
