LWSD is hiring for a Public Records Analyst! The analyst will be responsible for the management of the public records program for the district. Under the direction of the District Public Records Officer, the analyst will serve as a resource to district administrators and school staff regarding public records. Fifty-four Lake Washington School District educators achieved or maintained their National Board Certification®, as announced by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). Fifteen educators were certified for the first time and 39 educators maintained their certification this year. Certifications must be renewed every five years. Lake Washington School District’s (LWSD’s) 2023-24 Budget has earned the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) Meritorious Budget Award (MBA). This award promotes and recognizes excellence in budget presentation in school districts. LWSD has received this award seven years in a row.
