Good Deeds Day (Apr 14) is a global movement dedicated to doing good. We joined millions of people and thousands of organizations from 108+ countries to volunteer and #DoGood, as well as the good people at GoodPop who helped spread awareness about this day in the U.S. We participated by sending a crew of volunteers from our distribution center to make sandwiches and coleslaw for the residents of Salt Lake City's Center for Women and Children. We also joined our friends at Kodiak Cakes at Wasatch High School in Heber, UT, where we gave away some Gear For Good, while Kodiak served up a nutritious breakfast. It all started with an idea. For International Women's Day, we're highlighting the original girl boss of Kodiak: Penny Clark. She knew her family deserved the best, so she fed them the real good stuff. Penny started Kodiak with the idea that real ingredients fuel your family — and your fun.
