We are thrilled to announce the winners of our quarterly Optimizer Awards! The awards honor affordable developers who are embracing our water optimization platform to reduce water consumption and costs. Congratulations to Kittle Property Group for winning the Top Performing Portfolio award for Q1 2024! During Q1, Kittle Property Group consumed only 40 gallons of water per bedroom per day across its affordable and market rate portfolio. This is less than half the industry average of 100 gallons per bedroom per day! We'd also like to congratulate the Alice Griffith Community in San Francisco for winning the Most Improved Property award! The Alice Griffith Community reduced its water consumption by 90%. The property went from consuming 120,000 gallons of water per day to only 12,000 gallons! These organizations are going above and beyond to develop affordable and sustainable communities.
