  • Kittleman & Associates is proud to welcome our two newest team members! Karina Cerny, MBA and Yasmine Sulamc have joined Kittleman & Associates in the Chicago office. As an Associate, Karina supports multiple search operations teams for clients in a variety of sectors. In this role, she assists in the management of search operations sequencing and other administrative responsibilities, as well as providing assistance for website and social media communications. Prior to joining Kittleman, she worked as an Assistant in the Donor Relations and Event Marketing Departments at Marquette University in Milwaukee. As a Senior Associate, Yasmine provides search operations support for a diverse group of clients and maintains effective communication among clients, principals and candidates. Most recently, she was a Project Manager at executive search firm Kingsley Gate, providing support for senior partners. She also was actively involved in recruiting for senior-level roles with multiple clients as a Search Associate at Kingsley Gate and has served as a Staffing Specialist at Hire Dynamics, leading recruitment initiatives for the Walmart Distribution Center.
