A year ago, Kira Learning helped found CS Forward, an informal coalition dedicated to making computer science education accessible to every student. CS Forward brings together educators, administrators, policymakers, and industry leaders to advocate for policies that support computer science education. This initiative underscores Kira Learning’s commitment to empowering the next generation with essential digital skills, ensuring all students, regardless of their background, can thrive in the digital age. Our work with Louisiana's AI Task Force continues! Kira's Jagriti Agrawal and Austin Totty brought their AI expertise to the table to aid in important discussions and policy decisions around the use of AI in schools. We're honored to be a part of moving toward thoughtful, safe uses of AI in classrooms that have the potential to not only improve outcomes for current and future computer science students, but also to exponentially expand access to CS education as a whole.
