This week we celebrated World Wish Day with Make-A-Wish America. One of the first of many wishes we are granting this year with our friends at Make-A-Wish America is sending 8-year-old wish kid Lola to Hawaii with her mom, Jeni. We had the privilege of hosting Lola and her family at our Kendra Scott Flagship store for a special shopping party to get them ready for their beach vacation. Happy World Book Day! 📚✨ Reading is vital to a child’s future. Statistics show if children cannot read by third grade, they cannot get the most out of their education, ultimately limiting their potential. In partnership with First Book, The Kendra Scott Foundation is committed to shining bright and doing good through education with our Little Yellow Library Program. To date, the Little Yellow Library Program has donated over 4,300 books impacting over 5700 students in Title 1 elementary schools! What an incredible day launching our Kendra Scott x LoveShackFancy collaboration! Created by female-founders Kendra Scott and Rebecca Hessel Cohen, this collaboration delights in soft details and feminine flourishes, with hand-illustrated floral motifs, vintage-inspired patterns, and gold-plated bow adornments. We celebrated last week with an intimate panel in our home city of Austin, Texas where Kendra and Rebecca shared their stories as founders and discussed how this dream collaboration came to fruition.
