Looking at your Internal Talent One of the most important jobs of a leader is to grow the people under their leadership. When we need to fill positions within our Division, we look internally to see if there is an existing Associate that meets the requirements and if it is a growth opportunity for them. We had a Purchasing Manager leave our Division and as part of the search for a replacement we interviewed 3 Associates as well as outside candidates. We are excited to announce that Chase Forrest, will be transition from his role as a Community Construction Manager to assume the Purchasing Manager role. Always exciting to see our Associates grow their careers and talents and Chase saw this as just that and is super excited to get going. Fills a need within the Division, Grows a talented Associate, and Chase gets to get out of the South Florida heat and 100% humidity at the beginning of summer. Win / Win / Win.
