After two short years in the JELD-WEN, Inc. Early Career Rotational Program, I am happy to share that I will be continuing my career with JW as a Change Management and Communications Specialist! I am looking forward to joining Mary E. Goodrich and her team to do some great work. There is much gratitude to express for all the mentors and friends I have had the pleasure of connecting with since starting at JW. A special thank you to Candice McPhatter, MBA and the extended Early Career team for supporting us the last two years. And just like that, my 2 years in the Early Career Rotational Program have come to an end. These past two years have been filled with immense amount of growth, both professionally and personally. I would like to thank Candice McPhatter, MBA and Jenna Sundholm for the support through this whole journey. I would also like to thank and congratulate my fellow ECRP members of Cohort 2022, it has been an amazing experience getting to go through this program together.
