Depending on conditions, it can take up to 30-60 minutes for your JD fuel to become fully lit, so be patient, bro. It's the latest innovation from Jealous Devil.  Our new Hex Supernatural Charcoal combines the convenience of briquets with the natural purity of lump - and it outperforms both. We start with 100% all natural hardwood, compress the hell out of it (into it?), and then carbonize it at over 2000 degrees. There are no fillers, binders, or other crap either. The result is hotter temperatures and longer burns than either lump charcoal or briquets. No popping or sparking, no heavy smoke, just pure heat with very minimal ash.
