🏃♀️ The Interclypse Team was out in force this past Saturday at the annual ASA Runfest. One of our favorite events of the year, Athletes Serving Athletes seeks to elevate the quality of life for individuals with limited mobility by empowering them to train for and participate in mainstream running events. With over 1000 participants, this was the largest event in the history of Runfest, and we were proud to represent Interclypse on such a beautiful day. It's all part of our mission to have a positive transformational impact on our community. 🛣Our First Adoptahighway cleanup of the year and the weather was perfect! Interclypse is on a continuous mission to have a positive impact on our community. One of the ways we do that is by supporting the Maryland Adopt-a-highway program. 3 times per year our team heads out on a Saturday morning to clean up trash along our stretch of Route 175. It's a fun time! You'd be surprised at the crazy things you can find on the side of the road. Plus, you get the satisfaction of keeping our community clean. Interclypse is known for doing things differently, like throwing our holiday party in March. Jokes aside, we look forward to bringing our people together every year to celebrate our accomplishments and give back to the amazing team we've built. With many of our team members working away from the office on government contracts we cherish the opportunities to see everyone face to face. There was fun, games, and joyous announcements. Big thanks to the wonderful people at Turf Valley resort for the fantastic drinks, food, and atmosphere. We can't wait to do it again next year and see just how much Interclypse has grown.

As the first month and a half of the year sprints past us, I wanted to take some time to slow down and share some of the journey we are having together at Interclypse. Starting 2024 by stepping into the role of President for Interclypse, I am excited and honored to continue pushing forward the vision that Scott Delcore and Tim Hause created 15 years ago and continue enabling the next generation of leaders at Interclypse to shape the future of the company! Over the next few months, I will continue sharing my journey and some of the amazing things our teams are accomplishing! We have big goals for ourselves to bid on more prime contracts, continue expanding our subcontracting relationships, and expanding across the federal, state, and private sectors. There will be an abundance of things to share as the year unfolds!
