Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure compliance with industry standards. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the MRI suite and equipment for optimal functionality. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field. Certification in MRI technology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure as an MRI Technologist. Minimum of X years of experience in MRI imaging and patient care. Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and understanding technical parameters. Thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to MRI procedures. Capability to assess and respond to patient conditions during imaging procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration. Adherence to safety regulations and protocols related to magnetic fields and radiation exposure. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on advancements in MRI technology. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a healthcare setting. Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed. Physical ability to lift and position patients and maneuver imaging equipment.
