7 years ago, Amelia Blair would have never guessed she’d one day lead HRT's compliance efforts across North and South America. In 2017, she began her path at HRT as our office manager – AKA the first friendly face you saw entering our 32 Old Slip office. 👩💻 Today, Amelia oversees compliance risks and regulations impacting trading activities across the Americas, ensuring that our trading meets both regulatory standards and our rigorous internal code of ethics.
