HHTax is helping 2 of our media/entertainment clients in the NY Metro area identify an Assistant Tax Manager and Director. - Review and/or prepare U.S. international tax compliance and provision forms and calculations, including 5471s, 8858s, GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, foreign tax credits (1118), E&P, and PTEP. - Assist in the preparation and review of annual tax provisions and related work papers in accordance with ASC 740. - Aid in the preparation and review of federal and combined state income tax returns, as well as estimates and extensions.
