Load the information once and our database is backed up every night for safekeeping. Clients can Request Services right through our software. Our sitters will send you a detailed journal of their visit with your pet each and every time. Journals and pet photos keep track of your pet’s exercise, toilet habits, feeding, medication, treats, water, etc. Our pet sitters pass a demanding interview and referral process before being considered to work with Heidi’s Hounds. Once past the interview process, everyone must pass a rigorous background check before joining the team. Everyone on our team is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.
