Earth has made 22 axis spins since it's big day in April, and the stories of impact are still rolling in. From cleanup events, to low-waste lifestyle education, to collaborating with One Tree Planted to plant 655 trees – one for each of our employee-members – we celebrated from coast to coast across our 28 locations. Individual and group cleanup events included bodies of water, hiking trails, local parks and beaches. We are grateful for our teams' efforts to improve their communities and safeguard our environment. The Foth Impact Program hosted trivia and shared ways to reduce our environmental impact by making simple changes to move closer to a low waste lifestyle, reducing the amount of trash we send to landfills. Foth Impact is one of our professional development groups that collaborates to set goals to improve environmental impacts across our offices, members and communities. Our collaboration with One Tree Planted takes a step toward reforesting areas across the United States. These trees will help restore ecosystems after natural disasters, restore habitat for biodiversity, stabilize vital watersheds, and more.
