It's great to see that over 50% of our pipeline this week involve candidates from around the world! - NETWORKING - we have the most face to face meetings booked in this week of the whole year! There have been many false starts over the last 12 months... ..its been very hard to see trends in the recruitment sector and predict the future. Messages have been mixed - one company having their best quarter at the same time as another laying off 10 people.... But here are 5 reasons I believe we could be turning a corner towards recovery... 1. The US economy is in better shape than analysts predicted a year ago and the UK economy has seen the fastest growth in 2 years. 2. Clients are reporting April job flow was highest in 15 months. 3. Demand for graduate hiring is up 4. Investment management clients are looking to hire off the back of record quarters in UK, Europe and USA. When investment markets are hiring again the rest is not far behind. 5. Go To Market roles with PE and VC backed SaaS clients are increasing. Tech is on its way back... And... the sun is shining so that is good! What are you seeing in the your markets? -
