Honored to have Rhode Island School of Design partnering with FamilyAid for a second year as we reimagine family emergency shelters and services to best meet the needs of children. Congratulations to Rachel Strompf on her brilliant graduate thesis on how to create trauma-reducing spaces for homeless children. Their inspirational work will come to life at our new Newton Family Navigation Center this fall. Thank you, Rachel and RISD! #CHIME, #kidsnotcargo

🚨 More than 2,700 children and parents in our state are on the brink of eviction, and emergency shelters can't accommodate them all. FamilyAid's Homelessness Prevention Program steps in before families lose their homes. Last year, we kept 94% of referred families from becoming homeless. For the cost of sheltering one family for a year, we can help 60 children and parents avoid homelessness altogether. Your support makes all the difference. 👉 Be the reason a family stays in their home:
