As I enter my second year at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, I'm excited to share a key ingredient of our success – our culture. At Evergreen, we strongly believe that personal growth is integral to professional growth.     This spring, our team embarked on an enriching journey through "Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life" in our employee-led book club.     "Ikigai" explores the essence of finding purpose and joy in our everyday lives, drawing wisdom from the Japanese philosophy that encompasses passion, mission, vocation, and profession. It's been a thought-provoking and inspiring read that resonated deeply with many of us.     As we continue to embrace growth and learning, our book club fostered meaningful discussions and strengthened bonds as a team.
