Credit Union 1 has teamed up with The Golic Family Foundation to give out grants to local nonprofits doing great work in South Bend and Chicagoland. We are proud to announce that Weish4Ever is the first grant recipient of 2024! The Andrew Weishar Foundation (Weish4Ever) was created in honor of Andrew Weishar, who selflessly asked his younger brother Dan to pay forward the acts of kindness and generosity that had been shown to their family during his cancer battle. His legacy now lives on through Weish4Ever, a foundation dedicated to uplifting adolescents and young adults battling cancer, giving them direct financial relief.
