Large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI have great potential to make apps more user-friendly, particularly for new users. At Conviva, we were excited to incorporate LLMs to simplify how customers use our platform. LLMs deliver answers to your burning product questions, co-pilot the platform, summarize data and much more to help users quickly get up to speed. Last year, we developed a conversational copilot solution called Conviva PromptAI, which is now used daily by over 100 users at more than 20 enterprise-grade customers daily.
