Probation Reform is on the horizon in Pennsylvania, while it is a welcomed incentive for those on supervision and will assist reducing overburdened probation and parole caseloads, we are doing more to effectuate positive change. The County Chief Adult Probation & Parole Officers Association of Pa. (http://www.ccappoap.com) and the Pennsylvania Partnership for Criminal Justice Improvement (PPCJI) have partnered with the Carey Group and work daily to provide Probation Officers with easy to use and realistic resources that reinforce the use of use of evidence-based practices to effectuate positive change in those on supervision.
