CIPE in Jordan recently implemented a two-day Coalition Management and Advocacy training workshop for the Insaf Coalition. Founded by the Jordan Forum For Business & Professional Women (JFBPW) with CIPE’s support, Insaf is the first and only national private-sector-oriented coalition in Jordan that has mobilized men and women to advance women’s economic empowerment. During the two-day workshop, CIPE's Center for Women’s Economic Empowerment (CWEE) and CIPE’s Levant team led a knowledge exchange session between the Insaf Coalition and similar organizations in Central Asia and the Levant subregion. CIPE’s organizational development and advocacy experts provided specialized training, technical assistance, and consultations to Insaf’s member organizations. They assisted the coalition in enhancing its strategic plan and optimizing governance structures to implement Insaf’s vision and mission effectively.
