#TeamCACI welcomed elected officials, civic leaders, customers, and community members to the Dr. JP “Jack” London Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, last week to open a new Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1 contract. The ESD will eventually provide 24/7/365 support to more than 800,000 members of the United States Air Force and United States Space Force, as part of CACI’s broader EITaaS mission to enhance the Air Force’s IT management system, IT storefront, local field services, and life cycle support for end-user devices. #EITaaS #EnterpriseIT #EnterpriseServiceDesk
