A few of our Building and Land Technology employees attended the City of Stamford’s Citizen of the Year Award. We love honoring the wonderful residents of our community and all that they do. We thank you for your work to better our city!

This past Friday May 24th, in honor of Memorial Day, the office had the pleasure of attending an Employee Appreciation Cookout. Gathered at the colorful tables in the central courtyard, this luncheon was filled with the sights and sounds of Harbor Point’s best.    From fresh salad to expertly grilled burgers, there were dishes on the menu for everyone. Of course, the barbecue would not have been complete without a turn on the seven-person Conference Bike, because we love a little something to take collaborating to the next level.    Here at Building and Land Technology, we are more than just a job; we are an enriching ecosystem of Live, Work, and Play. What an incredible day it was at Harbor Point this past Saturday where we were thrilled to take part in Stamp Out Hunger.   Every second Saturday in May, letter carriers in more than 10,000 cities and towns across America collect the goodness and compassion of their postal customers, who participate in the NALC Stamp Out Hunger National Food Drive — the largest one-day food drive in the nation.   Together, we rallied alongside our amazing team, the wonderful residents of Harbor Point, and the citizens of Stamford to collect an impressive amount of non-perishable goods for local food banks. Witnessing everyone come together for such a worthy cause was nothing short of inspiring.    A huge shoutout to everyone who generously donated and volunteered their time. What an incredible day we had at The Concourse in Atlanta, GA, for our King and Queen Tenant Appreciation Day with a Masters Golf theme!    With over 800 participants, the event buzzed with excitement and energy. Our mini golf course proved to be a popular attraction, offering participants the chance to enjoy some friendly competition while enjoying fantastic prizes. Congratulations to our winners who walked away with prizes such as a deluxe car wash, a relaxing stay with breakfast at The Westin, and a complimentary month at Lifetime Fitness Personal Training.    The day wouldn't have been complete without a delicious spread, courtesy of our food trucks, offering a variety of culinary delights. And, of course, the refreshing treats from King Of Pops were a big hit among attendees. We were delighted to receive glowing feedback about the souvenir cups that housed our Arnold Palmers.   At The Concourse, our highest priority is providing exceptional programs, services, and amenities for our tenants. Exciting Times at Building and Land Technology! ⛳🏌️   This past Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive Broker Event during the Masters Golf Tournament located at 45 Glover Avenue within Fairfield County’s premier office complex, the Towers at North 7.    Our guests enjoyed a live broadcast of the tournament while engaging in friendly competition at our putting contest, with fantastic prizes up for grabs. The Augusta National-themed lunch menu provided by Flik Catering transported everyone to the heart of the action, fostering a lively atmosphere of connection and excitement.   But the great times didn't stop there! In the spirit of community, Building and Land Technology also organized these delicious goods to be donated to the Norwalk Men's Shelter. It was a wonderful opportunity to give back to those in need.   In addition to the festivities, attendees had the opportunity to explore Norwalk's best-in-class office spaces, experiencing firsthand the exceptional amenities and modern infrastructure that make The Towers an unparalleled business destination.
