📸 Looking Back: 2019 BCC's ‘Built Upon a Dream’ TV Special airs on WMAR-2 in Baltimore, MD Modeled after ABC’s ‘Extreme Home Makeover,’ ‘Built Upon a Dream’ chooses a local charity in need as opposed to a single family. WMAR-2 then brings together some of the region’s best builders, contractors, architects, and dozens of volunteers to make the show possible! BCC’s special aired August 29, 2019 and focused on our Baltimore campus. Bath Fitters donated six shower stall renovations across three of our cottages, Manakin Construction and a host of other vendors completely renovated our weight room, canteen, and transformed an unused classroom into a recording studio, and Fence and Deck Connection installed additional fence segments across campus.
