Exciting news for music lovers and event-goers in Birmingham! The BJCC broke ground on a new 9,380-capacity amphitheater in Birmingham's Northside Community today, alongside city officials and amphitheater operator Live Nation. The amphitheater will host approximately 20 shows each summer concert season, not only boosting the city's economic vitality but also providing a versatile space for festivals, community gatherings, and special events. This new venue will enhance Birmingham's reputation as the state's premier entertainment district, serving residents, creating jobs, and attracting more visitors to experience all the Magic City has to offer!
