Responsibilities include assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate policies, and guiding them through the application and claims processes. Building client relationships and meeting sales targets are also essential components of this role. The ideal candidate should possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance policies. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients and address their evolving insurance needs, including policy reviews and updates. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records consistent with company policy. Policy Consultation: Perform comprehensive consultations to understand and cater to the unique insurance needs of individuals and recommend coverage options that feel like a tailored fit. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes and proposals. Problem-Solving: Assist customers and affiliates with their questions, and learn to troubleshoot the variety of issues that arise. Sales targets: Meet sales targets by updating policies and cross-selling additional products to existing clients. Requirements Active License: Must possess a valid Property and Casualty insurance license. Customer Service: 3+ years of strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in helping clients meet their insurance needs. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance-related software and tools, including Microsoft and Adobe products.
