Today, as we celebrated 23 new homeowners in East Austin, we received a proclamation from Mayor Kirk Watson and the City of Austin declaring June 7th, 2024 as Austin Habitat for Humanity Day! This proclamation recognizes our commitment since 1985 to providing affordable homeownership options to families and individuals, ensuring they can experience the American Dream. As we kick off National Homeownership Month this June, we're reminded of the importance of making homeownership more attainable for Austinites of all income levels. Together with the support of our amazing community and partners, we're making strides in building a better future for everyone.
