In a recent interview with WESH 2 CW18, NBCUniversal, an #AMH resident living at our Binion Reserve community in Orlando, FL, shared why she chooses to rent an AMH-built home: “I previously resided in New York and came to Florida for the good weather, more family-oriented environment, fresh air, sun, beaches… I said to myself, 'Next year I'm going to get a house,' and here I am. At AMH, we’ve long believed that renters deserve great #housing, too. That’s why we build homes designed with growing households and modern needs in mind. In a recent newsletter, John Burns Research and Consulting discusses the emerging popularity of build-to-rent (#BTR) homes in the master-planned community space specifically, which are “attracting renters who are more family-oriented, value community amenities, and are potentially interested in long-term investments in the community (like buying a home).” “BTR renters choose planned communities for the same reasons homebuyers do.
