Einige Hürden gilt es zu nehmen im Bezug auf Datenschutz. Sollten die Daten zwingend in der Schweiz sein fällt die Lösung leider weg. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

I heard this piece of advice recently and thought I would share, 'don't automate too quickly'. I have seen things automated before the person had really got the customer journey down pat and then when things are a little different or a bit tailored, the automation doesn't make sense. Then the customer journey is a little out. Do it first, strengthen the experience, then automate.
