For example, search term reports are often forgotten because they don't feel urgent, or tracking may not work for a long time and is noticed too late. It is therefore best to schedule routine tasks (with repetition) and check them regularly. When completed, tick them off and focus on the most important tasks prioritized, e.g. according to the responsibility of the product in relation to revenue or EBIT.

My last advice is considering the 80/20 rule! Try to find the 20% of work that provides the 80% of results and prioritize that! Once the 20 that brings the 80 is up and running you can start focusing on other tasks. Prioritization is key! Don't underestimate it!
