A great reminder here that has worked for me is to remember that you´ll find your honest answers if you are overwhelved and stressed up. So try to take some breaths, take a walk outside, grab a cup of tea, sit down for a minute. And then you can start your reflections, from a calm and relaxed space.

En base a mi experiencia como mentora, si una marca personal no es de confianza es porque probablemente le falte credibilidad. Entonces lo primero que sugeriría es identificar la razón que hay detrás de ello, para saber en qué necesita mejor. De repente se trate de un tema de autoconocimiento o tal vez de estrategia. Puede que no esté comunicando un mensaje claro o no tenga claridad sobre lo que quiere comunicar.

Die eigenen Stärken zu definieren, ist manchmal gar nicht so leicht. Nicht immer sind es die erlangten Expertisen, sondern auch die Soft Skills und Charaktereigenschaften. Folgende Fragen kann man für sich oder mit Freund:innen / Kolleg:innen gut reflektieren: In welchen Momenten bin ich im Flow? Welche Stärken sehen meine Freunde/Kollegen in mir? Versetzte dich zurück in einen prägenden Moment in deinem Leben: Welche Stärken konntest du daraus mitnehmen? Was schätzen Menschen an deiner Art der Kommunikation? Vor welchen Herausforderungen scheust du dich nicht (aber andere vielleicht schon)? Vertraue in die Stärken, die du in dir siehst!

There is acutally a lot of free resources if you google that can support you with finding your unique strengths, if you have a hard time connecting with them or just find it fun and rewarding to compare and see if they would be the same as the ones you´re thinking about. Also, try to be specific and describe your strengths in detail. In which situations do they occur, how do you feel when you master them, who is by your side building that strength?

Die eigenen Stärken zu definieren ist je nach Persönlichkeitstyp und dem Grad an Selbstvertrauen unterschiedlich herausfordernd. Menschen, die ein geringeres Selbstvertrauen besitzen und damit häufig keinen Zugang zu diesem Thema finden, könnten sich z.B. eine Woche lang, einmal pro Tag fünf Minuten Zeit nehmen und aufschreiben, welche Aufgaben sie an diesem Tag zu lösen hatten. Welche Aufgaben ihnen davon besonders leicht erschienen sind, wie sie sie gelöst haben, was und wie sie sich dabei gefühlt haben. Eine weitere Unterstützung kann die Beobachtung des Körpers, bzw. des Atems sein. Wenn wir aus unserer Kraft agieren, atmen wir entspannt und tief. Bei innerer Anspannung aufgrund Stress, atmen wir flach und halten den Atem häufig an.

A recommendation is to write down which 2-4 colours you want to work with, which pitch statements that describes your business the best, which kind of words that best describes your tone of voice, which emojis that best describe your brand in a brand guideline. Here you can also write down which topics that you want to be know for in your field. Using this as a playbook to have close to you will help you to stay consistent.

Die eigenen Fähigkeit zu verbessern, sich stetig weiter zu entwickeln ist essentiell, wenn wir auf dem Markt attraktiv und "am Ball" bleiben wollen. Wichtig ist hierbei, dass dieses Verhalten nicht in die Überoptimierung führt und das Umsetzen des Erlernten nicht stattfindet aus Angst, nicht gut genug zu sein, sondern dass die Verbesserung als Stabilisierung und Stärkung angesehen und umgesetzt wird. In Zeiten des so präsenten Social Media und die Gefahr des Vergleichs, ist es besonders wichtig, sich seiner selbst bewusst zu sein und die bereits vorhandenen Fähigkeiten und Ressourcen zu benennen und anzuerkennen. Wem das schwer fällt, dem ich empfehle ich gerne einmal aufzuschreiben, was er in seinem Leben bereits alles erreicht hat.

Upgrading your skills and continuous learning is a part of every entrepreneurial journey. I recommend to focus on developing your skills in things you enjoy doing. Don't try to develop and upgrade skills in everything in your business as that will only lead to overwhelm and exhaustion. So, don't try to become an expert in everything. Delegate or outsource the stuff you don't like, e.g. tech or admin. And focus on the things you are good at, so you move your business forward in line with your strengths.
Networking and engaging with others in your field can also enhance your personal brand. Attend industry events, join professional groups, and connect with peers online. By actively participating in discussions and sharing your insights, you demonstrate confidence in your expertise and grow your professional reputation.

Nicht nur konsumieren, sondern Angebote schaffen und anbieten. Ich bin selbst in eigenen privaten Netzwerken und schätze die Kontakte sehr, die vom gemeinsamen Meditieren bis hin zum Sparring reichen. Reflect you own growth, but also the growth of your clients! Sharing their results and achievements is as important as sharing your own - even though this is something I see many business owners struggling with (especially at the beginning). Sharing accomplishments is no bragging - it helps others in their decision to work with you, so don't be shy or too humble to show it!

A brand doesn’t lack confidence - only people do that. So the first question is: “do I doubt my competence to deliver what I promise?” If so then I can & should address this. One obvious point here is to examine what a lack of self-confidence actually means. Once I do this I’ll be equipped to make my brand shine appropriately. Without self-reliance, no amount of brand polishing will make much difference.

State facts. We often underestimate our achievements and compare ourselves to others. This undermines our confidence. What helps is listing out facts. For example "I am an accredited EMCC coach". I don't care if EMCC is not widely known outside EU and I don't care if there are thousands of other accredited coaches. This is a fact. All of our facts are actually our achievements. By recognizing this, our level of confidence increases!
