*Updated 2024 For my teams, 2 specific tech tools were indispensable for remote work - Zoom (rapid communication) and version control repositories (Github). There are other tools that aid work planning (Jira/Devops) thst may be useful too, but I personally would prioritize onboarding remote workers to the 2 classes of tools mentioned above. Communication tools - be it Teams, Zoom, Slack, are absolutely necessary for remote teams to align work. Version control repositories I think are super important for recovering from design conflicts, which are more common on remote teams. Github's the most well-known, but you can use anything really - even shared folders with naming conventions and metadata to simulate version control.

Según mi experiencia, al delegar tareas generas una integración del equipo ya que cada quien tiene definido claramente cual es su meta para completar su participación en el proyecto manteniendo una comunicación eficiente, trabajo en equipo y que cada uno sea responsable de sus plazos de entrega de manera que cada quien tiene un papel importante dentro del engranaje para el desarrollo.

Tal cual las herramientas tecnológicas que nos permiten hoy día elaborar y desarrollar proyectos de forma remota, así mismo nos permiten poder realizar un seguimiento a distancia para mantener el flujo correcto del desarrollo del plan de trabajo, metas a corto o largo plazo y realmente validar el porcentaje de avance, en caso de que una reunión de seguimiento no pueda ser llevada a cabo cualquier programa capaz de mantener un monitoreo o seguimiento nos permite mantener el enfoque y seguimiento semanal del proyecto.
