Communicate clearly about your goals to the team, agenda behind it and how it is going to help every individual and the team in general. 3. Lay out a Plan and delegate the jobs as per clients strengths and weaknesses. This will make them passionate to do the job and prove their worth. 4. Track the progress but do not micromanage, this will make them confident to do the job and expect for your feedback and brainstorm accordingly. 5. Get upskilled and ask people for the same and give extra points for the upskilling and learning to the team.

Workflow efficiency for an After-Sales team is super easy if you can identify their weakness, per say, if your team members are forgetful to follow up with customers, have them use a notepad or an app. If they are less interested in following up, then encourage them with some real-life examples. But the hard truth is that not everyone is built to keep this rapport going for long. It's a pretty rare people skill and if one doesn't have it naturally, it's often harder to master. Because a genuine after-sale attitude to stay in touch comes from inside, it's not always possible to keep your team pushing to do so... Hence I always say that a mighty performing sales team may not be your best after-sales team.

Hoy en día es sorprendente que tengamos toda la tecnología a la mano y aunque sea difícil de creer tenemos todavía problema para comunicarnos eficientemente, es importante establecer las urgencias en los equipos ejemplo importante no urgente - correo, importante-mensaje de texto, whatsapp, importante urgente llamada o face to face, el equipo sabrá atender de manera efectiva y manera eficiente la comunicación con su nivel de importancia correspondiente, si es con personal operativo revisar, yo recomiendo en lo personal y que me funciona pasar 2-3 veces y preguntar si está claro, y observar que no haya dudas de lo que se ha querido comunicar (orden, instrucción, comunicado, etc…)
