Ask questions!! And before you say "but Diana, if I ask too many questions I'll just show I don't know anything and become a burden" - well, yes and no. Let me explain. As an intern, you should be learning and being developed by being exposed to different points of view. It's ok to ask "why" certain decisions are taken in a certain way so you can understand it and start forming your own points of view. Sometimes you might also research the meaning of certain concepts and not really understand them, so asking "what" they are and "how" they work is also ok. The majority of your questions should be on "why". If you make "how" or "what" questions, then make sure you don't repeatedly ask the same ones or yes, you'll become a burden 🙂

Ideas. Prove that you are brave. Put your ideas forward. No one can move forward without generating new ideas. Knowledge, building relationships, offering support, is the door you need to open...to produce ideas!!!
