All methods mentioned in this article are certainly very useful to gather feedback, but if you have limited resources (time, money, capacity, etc.) and you need to choose, I'd strongly recommend prioritizing user testing. Having the opportunity to see yourself how your product is being used by your target group gives you insights that otherwise would be more difficult to grasp. Be open and see what actually works and what needs some refinement. Leave all biases aside and focus on watching how your product is (or isn't yet) helping your customer. Is it actually tackling the previously identified pain point? Consolidate your observations, share it with the team, and find together opportunities for improvement. And don't forget to repeat ;)
