High Turnovers & Low Stress Tolerance : 1. l stumbled upon the annual report of a leading Indian Bank and saw the turnover at junior managerial and executive levels was as high as 47%. 2. Alarmed, I surfed other reports of major players in same banking industry. The situation was same. 3. Fortunately, an old acquaintance was a senior leadership employee at the one of these and on being asked, they had absolutely no clue. It appeared I had opened a Pandora’s box. 4.
