The support services must be capable of understanding the expectations and smaller adjustments sought as per different companies even if the other users are in the same trade as goals, aim, targets, markets differ in each company and users may not have the same capability to exploit the software in the most advantageous way.

We all always want to save money, cut costs. However making sure this minimal but crucial service is available is not something to skim on. When things go wrong, having tutorials, F&Qs, community groups and a personal to text/call/email to help you step by step along the journey for more technical issues is a must. Using review sites such as Trustpilot is my go to when it comes to doing my due diligence.
