Integration depth is as important as breadth. Having a lot of integrations is great, but make sure the integrations you need are truly seamless and offer the features you require. Smaller CRMs may not have the same level of integration as larger players like Salesforce or HubSpot. This doesn't mean they're bad, but it's something to be aware of if integration is a top priority.
