Fair warning, though, after a few attempts you'll have to hand over your email address. Here are a few things to keep in mind for crafting engaging subject lines: 1. Character length - keep it under 40 characters. 2. Number of words - keep it at 6 words or less. 3. Use of power words - amazing, shocking, weird, etc. 4. Helpful words - get, available, your, etc. 5. Use of sentence case. 6. Adding numbers.
